I am trying to build sqlite 3.7.4 from the downloadable zip/tar files found in:
Check-in [a586a4deeb]
The build fails:
make: *** No rule to make target `../manifest.uuid', needed by `sqlite3.h'. Stop.
Because the manifest.uuid file is not included in the source tree.
The manifest file is available, but I don't know if it is in the proper format.

This was due to a configuration error on the www2.sqlite.org and www3.sqlite.org
servers. (The www.sqlite.org server was find.) The configuration issue
has now been resolved.
