Overview
Comment:Simplification and size reduction to the printf logic. Remove the bFlags parameter from sqlite3VXPrintf() and sqlite3XPrintf(). Use sqlite3XPrintf() instead of sqlite3_snprintf() for rendering P4 values in EXPLAIN output.
