Which files in the source codes contain the code for ORDER BY?
I want to set my default ORDER BY to descending order. I think there is not only one file to change.
Please help!

You might consider a custom collation. It would be a collation shim, just inverting a collation of your choice. The bonus would be cluing readers of your SQL that something funny is going on.
