Why are there no information on WAL2 and "BEGIN CONCURRENT" on respective pages?

I was wondering why there is no information on WAL2 on https://sqlite.org/wal.html and no information on "BEGIN CONCURRENT" on https://sqlite.org/lang_transaction.html

Presumably because neither of those are officially released?
