I hear all your answers but I still don't have an answer on how to restore that table with the values it had so that it behaves as expected. A VIRTUAL column is "restored" by having the calculations done again and getting the same result. But a STORED column can never be restored!!! It's illogical the before and after (dump reloaded) state of the table to not be the same.
