More compact digest format for this forum?

Any chance of changing the code that produces the daily digests for this forum so that it lists just topics and the number of posts?  Some topics end up having many posts while others may have just one or two that get lost in the haystack - at least with my elderly eyes.

If the code is available, I’d be happy to look at it myself.

This forum's code is part of [Fossil], which means its [forum] is the proper place to discuss such things and offer patches. You might need to submit a [CLA] to get your changes into Fossil, since they're unlikely to be deemed "trivial."
