<b>Request for enhancement</b> When running SQLite3.exe with elevated privileges on Windows, that is, as Administrator, I would like the CLI's caption to read <i><b>Administrator SQLite</b></i> instead of <i><b>SQLite</b></i> in order that I can tell the sessions apart.
