On https://www.sqlite.org/docs.html if you open the "Extensions" show/hide dropdown there appear to be a few unrendered pieces of markup. For example, under the "Dbstat Virtual Table" list item, there is the annotation 

[sqlite3_analyzer]

which appears to be intended to link to https://www.sqlite.org/sqlanalyze.html but instead appears with the markup square brackets directly in the final page.

There are a handful of other instances of this same problem in later list items, and also in the later sections of the page. (I count 9 occurrences of the "[" character on the fully expanded page, all of which appear to be un-rendered markup to me.)
