Hi. I'm trying to use `iff()` <https://sqlite.org/lang_corefunc.html#iif> in my app, and getting `no such function: iff`. I've tried looking at <https://sqlite.org/changes.html> to see when it was added, but I'm not finding any reference to `iff`, that's not *sqldiff*, or *differ*, or *difference*. When was it added? For info, I'm using a *recent* 3.30.1. I'll revert to CASE, but I wish the doc included *since* mentions. My $0.02.
