Cleaning up after SQLite

Is there a way to make SQLite cleanup after itself?

I frequently use *.once -e* and while it works perfectly SQLite does not seem to bother with the temporary files it leaves behind.

Cannot reproduce.  Must be your Operating System.

Oops?!

SQLite __does__ delete the temporary file - only not after exiting *Notepad++* but after exiting *SQLite*.

Summary: someone was impatient ....
