I'm indeed referring to the `extension-functions.c` file available from the SQLite homepage here: [https://www.sqlite.org/contrib](https://www.sqlite.org/contrib) I'm aware that it is not supported. I've also fixed the problem on my own, but my main question remains how to copy with problems found in files hosted on the SQLite website? I just generally like to push my fixes "upstream".
