Looks like it's: /usr/lib/sqlite3 which is a soft link to /System/Library/Tcl/libtclsqlite3.dylib

Looks like it's: /usr/lib/sqlite3 which is a soft link to /System/Library/Tcl/libtclsqlite3.dylib (at least under Mojave).
