How is this the responsibility of the SQLite team ? I see something that the TeXnicard team might want registered in the magic database. Surely it's their responsibility to do so. Tens of thousands of applications use SQLite databases to keep their data. I don't expect the SQLite team to register them all, keep track of the registrations, cancel a registration if the company switches to another format, etc..
