I am unable to replicate your problem when I use a 64-bit, v3.36.0 CLI shell and the exact code and gcc invocation you provide. It works just as I would expect, with a functioning temp_1 virtual table. Are you perchance using the distributed, 32-bit CLI shell and a 64-bit DLL, with failure occurring at the .load step? If so, mixed "bitness" is your problem.
