Hello, Being uninstalling MySQL on my PC, I unexpectedly deleted a program that was not related to MySQL. This program is SQLite3 ODBC Driver for Win64. After uninstallation started, multiple files related to other programs were deleted as well. Will this uninstall cause any problems? Yours sincerely, Thank you.

This question is not topical for this forum. However, here is an easy, correct and complete answer: Yes, if you have been using or will use any installed application(s) which rely on the now-missing driver and consider their failure problematic; No otherwise.

Please do not respond with a list of all applications on your PC and their importance to you. That would be even further off-topic.
