minor doc bug re quote mode column separator

(1.2) Originally by Larry Brasfield (LarryBrasfield) with edits by Richard Hipp (drh) on 2020-05-29 00:25:31 from 1.1 [source]

As detailed in this thread, there is a deviation between what this doc says quote mode will use as an output column separator and what the shell.c code actually does use, which is always a literal ','.

Simply striking the text reading ' (or whatever alternative character is selected using ".separator")' would fix it. Given that the mode's purpose is clearly to generate literal sequences for SQL VALUES clauses, it seems that treating this as a doc bug is better than changing the code to conform to the doc's promise. (And if the code does change, the .help output needs revision too because an arbitrary separator will make "escape answers as for SQL" positively misleading.)
