I've noticed a few broken links on the sqlite.org website. It seems like the website isn't served over HTTP, and no upgrade to HTTPS is attempted (http://www.sqlite.org/index.html doesn't work).

This affects links that only refer to www.sqlite.org with no URL scheme.
I've so far seen this on the link to "magic.txt" on the https://www.sqlite.org/pragma.html page, and the "Bugs" link on the home page.
I imagine a grep through the website code would find more.
