Suggestion: Use strong hashes on the download page

I'm told that hashes used to make sense in cases when there were fast, easily accessible local mirrors vs. slow and expensive access to the rest of the Internet. In that case, visiting the official web site just for the hash of the file downloaded from the local mirror kinda makes sense. I used to sometimes get truncated or otherwise damaged files back when my Internet connection was much less reliable, as was `Range:` header support in many servers, but things like [rolling hashes](http://zsync.moria.org.uk/) are much more useful for that.
