To prove that it is a Windows Update that is the cause of the issues you are encountering on that particular computer: Step 1: Restore to an earlier restore point. (Windows Updates automatically create restore points). You can verify what restore points are available by running <b>rstui</b> at the command prompt and use the dialogue that pops up. Step 2: Repeat your tests. If your tests still fail, it is <b>not</b> the windows update that is the issue.
