The Spatialite forum is [here] (https://groups.google.com/d/forum/spatialite-users) where you could ask the questions but you might find the functions are available in Spatialite and can be found in the documentation [here] (http://www.gaia-gis.it/gaia-sins/spatialite-sql-5.0.0.html#p4) which would be a good place to start. Spatialite is an extension to SQLite not part of it, and not supported by this forum, although many are having a good go at it.
