I double checked it, but am failing to see an obvious error. The Group-by is definitely in the correct place, if you use the grouped query at all - but I may be missing something obvious. Do you mind uploading/posting your DB somewhere? Feel free to remove any tables and data that is private/sensitive, just enough so we could test the queries easily.
