Forum split - A new forum is available for machine-generated bug reports

This forum is intended to support human users of SQLite, not AIs. To that end, there is now a separate forum at https://sqlite.org/bugs/forum that is intended for machine-generated bug reports. "Machine-generated" means bug reports coming from AI agents, fuzzers, static analyzers, or similar. All machine generated bug reports should go into the new forum.
Bug reports for problems that come up during actual real-world use of SQLite are still welcomed here.
All the (alleged) bugs reported earlier today by Mr. ChiZhang have been deleted from this forum and moved over to the new one.

The Bug Reports page needs an update to reflect the new policy.

Even as someone that observes more than participates, I just want to thank you for this. The AI stuff was really making it unpleasant to even look at the topic list.
