There is an unfinished SQLite Optimization FAQ which concentrates on optimizing for speed when using the sqlite library in a C application.

There is a rough (but pretty functional) MySQL 2 SQLite [ mirror ] converter written in perl, which will take a MySQL specific create table statement, and turn it into a SQLite compatible one. Improvements are welcome.
